By accessing or using Wattamail ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Use of the Service

Wattamail provides an AI-powered email outreach and automation tool. You agree that:

  • You will not use the Platform to send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable regulations.
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining permission from your recipients before outreach, where legally required.
  • You will not upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or use the automated agents to engage in phishing or deceptive practices.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Under no circumstances shall Wattamail be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, including blocklists, domain restrictions, or low response rates.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
